Sweets and desserts are everyone’s favorite. Cold, fresh and sweet foods and drinks are all the more enticing during summer. You get plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, that can be used to make fresh soft drinks that are refreshing desserts. Besides they are anti-cellulite.

Here are some of the great options for healthy desserts.

1) Smoothies - use anything you prefer to make smoothies

- Add together various types of berries of your choice in a blender with plenty ice. Add little milk, and even some low fat ice cream, if you wish. Cottage cheese is also great - it is perfectly healthy and thickens a smoothie much more. This type of smoothie provides plenty of vitamins, refreshes and cools your body if the weather is hot.

- Blend your favorite fruits like pineapples, orange, banana, apples, pears etc. with plenty of ice in a blender.

- Banana smoothie: blend bananas with ice and milk in a blender. To sweeten further add one more banana instead of sugar.

2) Fruit desserts – use any of your favorite fruits or are available. It is not just a dessert –but also a meal for breakfast or dinner, provided you had a late lunch.

- Chop cold bananas, pineapple, orange, pears and apples in a bowl. Add some low fat yoghurt if desired.

- Add low fat yoghurt to a bowl of fresh berries. Add low fat ice cream rarely, but in small quantities.

Lastly, one of the best desserts – known as APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE:

Keep 2 sliced apples, one lemon, 1 banana and 1 orange in a blender. Mix some ice and cinnamon. Blend till the mixture becomes smooth - and drink!

Do you intend to begin eating healthy while reducing your cellulite?

Here we present Cellulite Diet that is simple to follow, comprising of a variety of products, so that you get a menu of healthy, vitamin-rich food all day long. Besides you can enjoy some sweets too.

Breakfast:

Breakfast speeds metabolism making an excellent start for the day.

Cereal for breakfast is mandatory: it has lot of vitamin B, is very filling and avoids storage of fats and liquids in the body.

Drink a cup of unsweetened green or black tea. You can also drink juice and water.

  1.   Prepare a bowl of cottage cheese, along with little fruits and raisins, to which a low fat yoghurt is added.
  2.   Boil 1 - 2 eggs and eat them along with dark whole-grain bread, and a cucumber or tomato. Top up with a teaspoon   of mayonnaise, if required.
  3.    Eat toasted whole-grain bread biscuits along with a piece of tomato, basil, parsley and lettuce. Don’t use butter,  cheese and mayonnaise.
  4.    Eat a bowl of fresh fruit, raisins and oat flakes, topped with a low fat yoghurt.
  5.    Have a cereal hot meal and raisins and bananas.
  6.    Few pieces of ham and an egg, dark whole-grain bread and some mayonnaise, if required.
  7.    Cottage cheese and jam.

Lunch / Dinner:

Drink a cup of tea, juice or water after eating your meal.

1. Add little spice to some boiled chicken. Eat a large portion of cabbage salad along with carrots, olive oil or very little mayonnaise, if desired.
2. Boiled beef with a big bowl of vegetable salad consisting of cucumber, tomato, avocado, lettuce, etc. Add litle oil dressing if required.
  3. Caesar salad along with chicken or fish.
4. Tuna salad: tuna pieces with different vegetables, olives and eggs. Add mayonnaise, if required.
5. Pasta and meatballs. Don’t eat anything else.
6. Beans with big bowl of fresh salad.
7. A big bowl of boiled vegetables:
8. Drink a soup of potatoes, carrots, cabbage and tomatoes, along with spice. Chicken and vegetable salad as an option course.
9. A bowl of bouillon with chicken with rice, cucumber salad as side-dish.

Desserts:

1. Add raisins, dried bananas and peach to various types of nuts.
2. Eat a cereal bar.
3. Eat a big bowl of fresh pineapple and melon slices.
4. Slices of apple, along with raisins and cinnamon. Add little sugar, if required.
5. Dried plums or other dried desserts.

Always eat smaller portions number of times a day instead of 3 meals a day in big amounts. Eat 5 times throughout the day is the excellent option.

Remember; stop eating right before you feel full. You will feel full within 10 minutes.

To avoid overeating, always eat your meals on small plates. Spicier food will make you feel hungry quickly. So minimize the usage of spice.
