Water: mandatory for any diet. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water averts dehydration of the body whilst aiding the cleansing process.

The method

Try many different methods of the Lemon Detox Diet:

A complete detox diet - the drink replaces a meal for one week. Drink as much as you like- not below 6-9 glasses per day. Don’t eat solid or other foods. Do a full detox diet twice a year to keep clean body. Then switch over to your daily menu slowly after completing one week of diet. On the first day after week of the diet, eat less than normal and avoid hard and unhealthy foods as far as possible.

A partial detox diet - switch one of your regular meals with 2-3 glasses of the lemon drink. Eat full meals during the day, but don’t eat unhealthy food like white bread, sweets, alcohol, dough products etc. Don’t forget, it is a cleansing method.

Once a week diet – take the lemon drink in place of regular meals for one day of the week. It is not as difficult as you think. It keeps your body clean after a complete detox diet and averts weight gain after weight loss.
