Cellulite is not associated with any kind of health issues but it is of cosmetic concern to the women of these days. Formation of cellulite is the result of improper lymph circulation. Lymph carries the wastes and the toxins from the tissues to the blood and poor distribution of this leads to such problems. Cellulite formation can be curbed by certain natural herbs. 1. A herb with stimulant properties called gotu kola makes the body to generate substances that can be used in strengthening the collagen fibers. Moreover they enhance the blood circulation.
